One of the keys to landing a remote role is having a resume that clearly showcases your experience and aligns with the specific work you would be doing. A generic resume filled with vague, job-description-style bullet points will do little to help you secure an interview, let alone land the job.

Emergency Call Handling Project Manager
Company: Motorola Solutions Salary: $110,000–$120,000
This remote position leads the deployment of Next Generation 911 solutions used by emergency communications centers and first responders. The project manager oversees implementation schedules, budgets, system cutovers, risk mitigation, and the transition of completed projects to customer support. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, technical teams, and other stakeholders throughout each deployment. Candidates should have at least five years of project-management experience, with public-safety communications experience and PMP or CAPM certification strongly valued.

Disaster Response Coordinator

The Disaster Response Coordinator monitors global incidents that could affect Airbnb’s employees, hosts, guests, operations, or reputation. This person researches emerging events, determines when a coordinated response is needed, and distributes timely preparedness and response communications.
